- Living Room: Spacious, carpeted, with a feature heater, an L shaped couch that folds out into a bed that sleeps 1 person and a large 40" smart TV with access to all streaming services and complementary WIFI for the duration of your stay.

- Kitchen: Fully fitted with an integrated hob and oven, with dining area that seats 4 people, with a full fridge.

- Bedroom 1: Modest carpeted room with 1 single bed that sleeps one person and clothes rail.

- Bedroom 2: Master bedroom carpeted with 2 beds which can be attached or separated to create 1 Queen or 2 single beds that sleeps 2 with large wardrobe and oscillating fan.

- Bedroom 3: Medium sized carpeted with 2 beds which can be attached or separated to create 1 Queen or 2 single beds that sleeps 2 as well as a wardrobe and iron/ironing board.

- Bathroom: Cosy three-piece suite with a chrome shower, large bathtub and folding shower screen.

- Outdoor Space: Enclosed front and rear gardens with a patio, including garden furniture for sunny weather.

We have designed a self check-in process and check-out. Full entry details are sent after booking, all guests will have the property to themselves, but we are always on hand to help with any questions or recommendations for the area.
