This house became a home within days of moving in. As our family has grown, this house has grown around us. We fell in love with every element of this house and have remained so for over 7 years.

The fire place and the exposed brickwork around the house have given it a homely feel in both winter and summer. We have recently installed a brand-new bathroom and fitted kitchen which quickly became the heart of the home. 5 years ago, we planted a grape vine in the garden and each year it produces enough grapes to make 20 bottles of my own homemade wine. The peaceful attic master bedroom has breath-taking views over the countryside surrounding Maidstone which becomes an absolute riot of colour as the fireworks light up the town at New Year – a great place and time to gaze out of the window with a glass of home brewed wine.

If our family hadn’t outgrown the house we would never want to leave but we are happy in the knowledge that it will provide similarly wonderful memories for the next family to live here.
