A park with tennis courts over the road with Battersea Park nearby, all of Battersea Power Station, Clapham and Brixton close by for going out, great Portuguese food on the doorstep, top tier transport connections, proper supermarkets within walking distance and Moonstruck is a hidden gem of a coffee spot around the corner. Oh and if you're an exercise fan having a gym literally next door doesn't hurt.
