What the seller loves about the flat

'I loved it initially because it had great bones - high ceilings, big rooms, original features (like the coving). I also liked the split level, which made it feel even bigger. A big perk I now adore is the way the light moves during the day - you get the morning light in the bedroom then afternoon sunshine in the living room. The neighbours are great and Hither Green has a community feel - parks, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Plus very easy to get into London.'

Why live here?

It ticks all the boxes - period charm and a full interior renovation, all with plenty of local amenities and transport on your doorstep.

Why this flat?  - It's probably the best 2 bed around!

The rooms feel enormous, with huge 9'5" ceilings and large windows. The living room in particular feels grand, with a large sofa big enough for 4 or more, dining set up for 4 and oodles more space, a real home for entertaining.

Both kitchen and bathroom have recently been replaced - both are in as-new condition and are a huge benefit of buying this flat.

While the 2nd bedroom is big, the primary bedroom feels massive. Again, with high ceilings, and very well decorated as with the whole apartment.

Why choose the area?

A great community feel and everything on your doorstep.

Local favourites are the Railway Pub and Drink with Bob for a cocktail or craft beer. As for food, locals love La Delice for 'A little bit of Paris is SE London', Saka Maka Indian, Found Hope for fancy food, coffee and wine and Fera Mediterranean Grill and Meze.

Transport

Hither Green Station (London Bridge in 11 Minutes, City in 16 minutes, Canary Wharf in 22 minutes)  is just 0.4 miles away
