Description

"We’ve loved living on The Glen for the last four years. It’s a quiet road tucked away, but within a ten minute walk to the bustle of Whiteladies Road and Henleaze High Street where lots of our favourite spots are. There’s cafes like Burra and Little Shop and Pantry, as well as some of Bristol’s best restaurants like Bravas and Little French. We are only a hundred metres away from The Downs where we run every week, and its the perfect spot for a summer picnic. The views of the city are also amazing."

The Glen is a quiet tree lined street in Westbury Park, one of Bristol’s most sought after suburbs. For those in search of green open spaces, Redland Green and Clifton Downs are just a short walk away, which is hugely popular with runners, cyclists, as well as dog walkers with around 400 acres of space to utilise. The proximity of Waitrose and the Scott (Orpheus) Cinema, a short walk away, is also regularly seen as an advantage for the residents of this area. North View itself boasts popular local dining spots such as Little French and Prego whilst popular pubs such as Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen and the Cambridge Arms are also within easy reach.

A meticulously designed and stylish two-bedroom flat on the top floor of this period building in Westbury Park. At the entrance, you are greeted by a comfortably sized landing area, and heading to the left, you are greeted by the sumptuous living room room, with a sash window, original floorboards underfoot and neutral decoration. The kitchen/dining area is then found on a sunken level, with a staircase leading down to the room. The kitchen boasts the iconic navy cupboard doors, with neutral worktops. LVT flooring runs underfoot, along with a triangular window immediately grabbing your attention. There is ample space for a large dining room table, along with plenty of worktop surfaces and space for integrated appliances, such as a Neff hob/oven and Bosch fridge/freezer. Heading back through the landing, the superbly designed and contemporary four piece bathroom draws you in, with a skylight, walk in shower, free-standing bath and floating sink. Finally, two substantial and well-appointed bedrooms complete the accommodation. The principal bedroom is to the left, also benefitting from farrow & ball colours, with the second bedroom adjacent. Both rooms offer plenty of storage options, with the principal room utilising the original floorboards, and the second bedroom providing carpet flooring.
