I loved the area so much. I went from renting next door to buying the flat when it came on the market! I just threw my bags over the wall and I’ve been here 7 years now! The flat is South facing and in the Summer months, the garden is a sun trap till 9pm, I've got better tans sitting there than abroad.

The flat is nestled between all the lush green parks of Redland Green & The Downs you are in the perfect place for dog walks and some of the best cuisine in Bristol. With some of the best restaurants on Chandos Road only a stone's throw away and the Shakespear pub across the road for the perfect Sunday Roast.

The flat itself has so much character and charm and has always been a cosy comforting place to come back to. The back terrace and kitchen area is great for entertaining guests or even setting up a mini ice bath for a morning plunge straight form your bedroom into the outside!

I will be really sad to leave, it’s brought me and my friends and family a lot of happiness over the years and I will be also sad to be leaving all the lovely neighbours and friends I've made next door and the vibrant community here.
