The living room gets beautiful afternoon light thanks to the high ceilings. Ideally located, it's 30 minutes to Soho via the Victoria Line from Blackhorse Rd, with overground access to Hampstead Heath, Epping Forest, and Liverpool St from St James St nearby. The private, sun-drenched garden is perfect for social gatherings, with new fence panels and fruit trees, including pear, apple, and fig. The neighbors are lovely, and the sense of community is strong, with a street WhatsApp group. There's also private parking—a gem in Walthamstow.
