A word from the owner..
I've loved living in this flat—it has a city-centre vibe, close to shops, market, and breweries yet it’s peaceful and quiet. The living room gets beautiful afternoon light thanks to the high ceilings. Ideally located, it's 30 minutes to Soho via the Victoria Line from Blackhorse Rd, with overground access to Hampstead Heath, Epping Forest, and Liverpool St from St James St nearby. The private, sun-drenched garden is perfect for social gatherings, with new fence panels and fruit trees, including pear, apple, and fig. The neighbors are lovely, and the sense of community is strong, with a street WhatsApp group. There's also private parking—a gem in Walthamstow. Plans for extending have been explored and seem promising. Moving out reluctantly, especially as there is now a Banksy at the chippy on the end of the road!
Location
Ideally located near St James Street Station and just a short stroll from Blackhorse Road Underground, this property offers excellent transport links for easy commuting. The vibrant neighborhood adds to the appeal, with trendy cafes, shops, and parks all within walking distance, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking both convenience and a lively local atmosphere.
