Lot 4 will be offered for sale by Public Auction (subject to conditions and prior sale) on Thursday 28th November 2024 at 6pm at the Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells. The successful purchaser will be expected to sign a contract and pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price at the fall of the hammer.
