At The Exchange, you'll find more than just a room; it's a central social and chill-out spot for all its student residents. The accommodation offers a range of communal facilities, including a fully equipped gym, residents' social area, TV lounges, games room, cinema room and regular student events. All rooms come fully furnished with a study desk and chair, 3/4 bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and bills included.
We take group and individual bookings, with plenty of rooms to choose from, including ensuite rooms with a modern designed kitchen, organically lit living space, and large dining tables. These are perfect for those who want to live with friends or make new ones during their time at university.
At The Exchange, we also offer a "no deposit, no problem" policy.
