NATURE AND WILDLIFE AT CLEMCROFT
Want to experience and live surrounded by a veritable wildlife feast all year? Then this will provide it for you!

In 2005 the current owners started managing this property to benefit wildlife and as a result - along with meadows of Dryhill Farm next door - it was recognised as a Shropshire County Wildlife Site (CWS) SO49.41 in 2018.

The main features at Clemcroft include 3/4 acre of wildlife garden surrounded by holly hedges and trees, in the middle of which are wild flower lawn-meadows (with orchids) totalling nearly 1/2 acre and 'butterfly enticing' wild flower beds.

The garden adjoins Clemcroft's two acre wild flower meadow, which together are home for around 100 species of flowering plants, over 25 species of breeding birds, 22 species of breeding butterflies, and dragonflies.

Flowering in the spring starts with violets and cowslips and ends in the autumn with harebells and devil's bit scabious, whilst overhead fly spectacular red kites, buzzards, kestrel and sparrow hawks.

About Wrights, Church Stretton

32 Sandford Avenue, Church Stretton, SY6 6BW
Industry affiliations:
Wrights Estate Agents

During 2018 we celebrate 46 years being the longest established estate agents in Church Stretton having opened in 1972. Our prime town centre corner location is very prominent where your property will be advertised with coloured photographs. We are members of the NAEA property mark, the UK's largest estate agents association governed by its own rules of conduct and regulations. We are also members of the Ombudsman's estate agents scheme controlled by the Office of Fair Trading.

We are aware now that the increasing method of attracting buyers is firstly home seekers visiting the area they wish to live and then via the internet. This is why we chose the two main popular websites which currently receive thousands of visits each month from potential buyers. We receive daily requests from buyers throughout the UK and the rest of the World. The largest property portal www.rightmove.co.uk website are linked to our own company's web pages www.wrightschurchstretton.co.uk and also via the Church Stretton Town Council site.

We administer an efficient mailing list and concentrate in keeping clients up to date by post, email or fax

We also have a professional and dedicated independent residential lettings business administered by our colleagues Richard and Jo Lewington, MRICS within our office under the name of Bluestone Lettings and Management. They are regulated and members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

We recommend and know from past history that when selling in an area you need a local Estate Agent who knows the area well and can answer questions from prospective purchasers from away, about transport, schools, doctors etc. Stuart Wright has lived in Church Stretton for 52 years and is available including other members of local staff to escort clients around during any day of the week.
