We have an exciting new partnership with Wallace Quinn Solicitors which will create a one stop shop for property sales, marketing and conveyancing. The new tie up will see both businesses remain independent, but combine resources to ensure fast, efficient and profitable property sales for clients.  If you have not yet appointed a Solicitor we will be happy to introduce you to Wallace Quinn.

Wallace Quinn will concentrate on conveyancing - the legal process of buying and selling property - while Keys will concentrate on sales and marking.

Pamela McLeman acquired the business in July 2017 and the Keys name is already becoming one of the leading agents in the area. Our statistics from Rightmove and Zoopla show us that enquirers love to watch the video thus proving to be more effective than just coloured brochures. If potential buyers would like a paper copy brochure then this can be downloaded from any of the websites and coloured photos and floor plan can be provided in a PDF format. This method of advertising maximises opportunities but keeps the cost to a minimum for our sellers.
