Enter the property and we are greeted by an entrance area, brand new soft carpets, plenty of storage for shoes etc and a nice open feel which leads us towards the wow factor kitchen.
The kitchen is definitely the hub of the home it has everything the chefs amongst you could ask for. Take for example the beautiful new range cooker, with gas burners and large double oven with tiled splash back. There is significant storage inside the dark coloured units which contrast brilliantly with the light marbled work surface and easy to clean wood effect floor. A number of other lovely touches include a wine cooler, dishwasher of course, fridge freezer and an inbuilt washing machine and a separate in built dryer. So refreshing not to see the combined washer dryer which are never as good or practical. The large open area within the kitchen has been mentioned and would easily take a large dining table and still leave social space. From the kitchen there is access via an oak door to steps leading down to the communal gardens which are surprising large.

The opposite side of the apartment is home to the jaw dropping livimg room which is a very large space. The colour tones chosen to walls and units offer an opulent feel of high class. The bay window brings in plenty of natural light, ceiling height is excellent there is stylish coving throughout and that lovely new carpet continues through. With blinds all fitted and a lively central focal fireplace with surround this is the room to relax, unwind or entertain friends and family.

There are then two bedrooms one very large double which would take near all bed sizes and leave plenty or storage space and a second smaller bedroom which would make a perfect office for those working from home. The lovely house bathroom services the bedrooms with large in built shower and tiling to ceiling.

The apartment is a genuine and rare turn key solution with beautiful fittings throughout and the benefit of economical 'smart heating'. On top of all this the owners are PET FRIENDLY which makes a rare change!

I have to say I will be quite envious of the new tenants as there is not much I can say other than a wonderful apartment in a Grade A location and ready for immediate occupation.
