Directions:
From Winchester proceed in a southerly direction along St. Cross Road, over first roundabout following signs for M3. At the next roundabout take the first exit signed Twyford and at the next set of traffic lights turn right towards Twyford. Proceed through Twyford and continue for some distance passing into Colden Common. Holly Tree Cottages can be found on your left-hand side identified by our 'For Sale' board.
