It is a charming old estate, in excellent condition, with a large annex and a large garage, the latter being more recently built. Located in the heart of the Illetas Natural Park within a protected and non-buildable area, it is 400 m from the beach and 1,200 m from the town of La Savina. The location is fantastic, as can be seen in the photos, practically on the shore, on a beautiful landscaped plot of 6,048 m² with various types of native plants (including carob trees, junipers, bougainvilleas, agaves, etc.) and a maritime pine forest that extends to the water. It is a truly charming property in a privileged location that guarantees privacy and nature forever. Very well maintained, habitable immediately, it does not need changes, except for matters of taste or minor interventions. Access is from the main road that goes from La Savina to Es Pujols, with a private entrance and gate. Continuing through the garden towards the water, we find the 50 m² annex, completely renovated, which in turn consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a small kitchen.
