5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A car is required to access most shops, and bus links are minimal, but I believe this is due to the development being so new. Parking is great. Construction noise exists but is minimal due to great soundproofing within the property. Any issues regarding the ongoing nature of the project are made up for by the rental discount I received for moving in early.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew before moving in would be that I needed to prepare my broadband access in advance. I was happy to use data on my phone while I negotiated providers, but I did not realise the mobile signal would be so minimal. Before my broadband was set up, I had to reach out the window to receive signal, which made the admin side of moving very difficult on my first week.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am early days so far, but all of my queries have been responded to very quickly with positive outcomes.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have been talking with Marc for a few months now while waiting for a particular property to become available, he has gone above & beyond, I don’t think I have ever received such amazing customer service. Thankyou Marc!!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How simple everything would be, definitely talk with Marc if your looking at this development
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only delt with Marc so far, but going on what I’ve seen I’m sure everything will be just fine.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport is excellent, local shops are sufficient, can be increased. Great open spaces with parks for the children. My home has private parking however there is also sufficient parking in the area.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No known issues prior to moving in. As mentioned the process was seamless.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No real issues, however the rental process was managed seamlessly.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a welcoming and peaceful environment. While I wish there were more shops, cafes, pubs, and better public transport links, the nearby Co-op is quite convenient. The gym is close by as well, but it's a bit small, and I find it expensive for the space and little equipment it offers. I wish it were more spacious.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Knowing more about the public transport limitations, the gym and ongoing construction nearby would have been helpful, but with the area still developing, I expect this will improve over time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have been quick to address any problems we've had, and if there were any delays, they’ve kept us informed and asked for our understanding.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects are a short drive away from anything you might need. Bad aspects, a car is required to get to most places. It would be good to have a convenience store for basic essentials closer by but I understand this may be in the future plan.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the building work would start at 7.30am each day, however the sound proofing of the house is generally very effective; it's only if a window is open that this becomes very noticeable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any teething problems have been addressed swiftly and effectively by friendly team members.
