Some words from the owner:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
We have so many fond memories of our flat, which was our first home together. We'll always look back on our time here with a smile. The flat has a bright and airy atmosphere, and it's incredibly peaceful. It's warm and cosy, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoy sitting on the sofa with a good book, looking out over the central green with its mature trees and beautiful rose bushes. It feels like the best of both worlds—a tranquil retreat in a central London location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the neighbourhood has a wonderful community feel, with lovely neighbours and close friends nearby.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
We're looking to move closer to work and family in Cambridgeshire. Additionally, with a musician in the family, we're excited about the possibility of building a dedicated music and art studio in our next home.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
Everything is within easy reach, whether by foot, bike, bus, or tube. We can get to the city or West End in just minutes. We love the easy access to fantastic museums, with The British Museum being a favorite, as well as theatres, music venues, and the vibrant markets in Camden. Being so centrally located means we can walk to Hampstead Heath swimming ponds in 30 minutes, reach our Pilates studio in Tufnell Park in just 10 minutes, and the High Street in 5 minutes.
There's a great variety of pubs, bars, and restaurants right on our doorstep. Campdale Road has a great coffee shop and a pub that serves fantastic pizza, Tufnell Park has an exceptional French bakery, and Holloway Road has a wonderful breakfast spot. We also love having our local Irish pub just across the road and the Half Cut Market on York Road nearby. Yet every time we return home, we always say, "You wouldn't think this is here - it's so quiet and green."
