The present owners run the chapel as a successful holiday let and it is is located within walking distance of the village facilities and only a short drive from the coast.

The property benefits from a large open plan ground floor living space, filled with light vaulted ceilings and has a kitchen, dining area and sitting room, two ground floor bedrooms and shower room.  The impressive staircase leads up to the mezzanine balcony, overlooking the ground floor and has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Approached through its own front door, the entrance hall has plenty of room for coats and wellies. The ground floor shower room has a walk-in shower, hand-wash basin and loo.  This leads into the open plan living space, which includes a kitchen in the far right corner, a dining area and sitting room, with an electric woodburner.  The kitchen includes built in units on the back wall, an eye level fan-assisted oven, a ceramic four-ring hob and plumbing for a washing machine.  Opposite is a free-standing industrial stainless steel double sink with room for a dishwasher.   The sitting area in the far right corner features an electric woodburning stove, French doors that open out to the rear garden and plenty of space for comfortable sofas to curl up on.   Off this room are two double bedrooms, one with a window to the rear and the other with a window to the front.

The staircase leads up to the mezzanine, overlooking the living room below and has a single and a double bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with a free standing bath with a shower above, a hand-wash basin and loo.

The property is available as a turnkey, complete with all the furniture, fitting, white goods, pizza oven, barbeque and sauna (barring some personal items) by separate negotiation.

About Big Skies Estates Limited, Holt

3 Church Street, Holt, NR25 6BB
Industry affiliations:Industry affiliation logo 0

Big Skies Estates is a different type of estate agency.

The big idea behind Big Skies Estates was to recognise that many of the properties along the North Norfolk coast have the potential to be both wonderful residential dwellings, either full time or as second homes and also that they could have the potential to generate a second income for their owners as holiday cottages. So, in order to ensure that all the properties we market reach the widest audience, we will give an indication of the potential (or current) income generating potential of the house.

Even if new purchasers do not wish to holiday let (and many don't), it can do no harm to know the potential of your new Norfolk purchase; and for some buyers, who would like to see more of a return on the their second home investment, an understanding of second income potential is an essential part of the buying process.

We recognise that selling your main residence and your second home are two quite different processes, so we work differently with different types of owners. We are able to help with a strategy specific to you to ensure that your Norfolk home looks its very best for every viewing.

It's the small things that make the difference!
