Any maintenance issues were resolved immediately and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighbourhood is quite safe, quiet and friendly. No noise issues, lots of grocery stores at stones away from the building. The tube station is just under 5 mins walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Daniella is a great building manager, she deals with issues promptly with an inclination to resolve it rather than just going by the book of rules. Lol

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The advantage of being around folks that are mostly single, working professionals. Isolate when working and socialise as much as you can.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Folk at the Palm House is a very modern and well looked after building. It really offers something for everyone with so many amenities nearby and excellent transport links. The high street is just around the corner and Euston is only 13 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the few occasions where maintenance has been needed we’ve never had to wait too long and a resolution is always forthcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One tip I would say is do come prepared with your own mini shelving and shoe storage as it can be a bit tight coming in/out of your entrance.

    Manager's response

Hi Hamish, Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a lovely review we really appreciate it. We are happy to hear you enjoy living at The Palm House and love the communal spaces and events.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All facilities are very good. Repair & maintenace needs to be improved. Few facilities are not wroking properly since number of days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have intercated a lot with with Daniella Ohora, she has been very good & understanding with the residents. She has a good urderstanding & expertise to deal with the emergency situations. Callum is also outstanding in organizing the events & he does take a great care for all the residents. All staff members are soft spoken & supports the residents as much as they can.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The verious sizes of the apartement & view from the window. It is bit costly considering the sizes of the studio.
