Planning also has for a small supermarket to be erected where the current sales and marketing suite is located so this is something we are told is coming in the not too distant future.

The location of the site is a real draw. The apartment is very close to the Hospital, Nestle and positioned in a very handy location for the commuter. You can walk into the town centre in 15/20mins and there is also a bus route directly outside the development taking you into town and beyond.

Overall a truly beautiful apartment in a grade A location and must be seen to be appreciated fully.
