    Sally has been really helpful throughout and nothing has been any trouble. The process has been easy and far better than any other high street agents.

    No issues so far. Had a couple of marks on the floor but made leaf living aware

    When is bin day! Not sure any of our bins are being collected yet

    Moved in today and the whole process was very easy. Sally was very helpful with everything and helped with sending room sizes pre move in

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Not used yet but are aware of a couple things already

    I'm.sorry but not been here long enough yet. Am looking forward to exploring

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Open spaces are amazing in the area, there are loads of parks for younger kids and lots of countryside walking. The co op near to the house has everything you need as a quick shop. Fleet town isn’t very good, not much going on but lots of potential. Local towns in Farnham is lovely with lots of bars pubs and restaurants and a cinema. Fleet station is 10mins drive and farnborough main is 20mins away. On the street it’s very quiet, parking outside the house is good for both our cars. There’s no traffic noise. There is some traffic outside the house during the day due to construction traffic and some builders using parking by our house but that won’t be forever.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t had any issues or repairs that have needed to be actioned. The online app is easy to log into and seems simple to use.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    With a new build worth Bea Ring in mind that addresses dont show up for all companies so deliveries can be tricky.

    Nice quiet area, no through traffic, no anti social issues. Feels like a safe place. Plenty of shops locally, pubs etc. Plenty of green space for walking the dogs.

    yes, straight away and got the small issues resolved

    Add "Albany Park" in the the address as your mail and deliveries may not get there

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    We love having the co-op at the end of our road for emergencies, there is also a fantastic bike path alongside the main road that we will be accessing in the summer to get to school and back. The parking on the street has been a little bit difficult as the workmen are still there, however I foresee that this will get better once works have been completed.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    When moving in to the property we were not supplied with the Hive display. I was able to get in touch with Sally directly who is personally chasing this for us. This felt very reassuring.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That our garage didn’t have a power supply to it. This would be great to add in.
