" We’ve loved living on Arlington Road for the past three years. The location has been perfect – just a short walk to so many green spaces, it’s easy to forget you’re still in the city. The road itself is quiet and peaceful, with a real sense of community and friendly neighbours, plus a great local pub, The Langton. The open-plan living and dining area has been the heart of our home – bright, flexible, and full of character. It hosted everything from family dinners and cups of tea with friends to art projects. The space feels light and airy in summer, while the wood burner makes it wonderfully cosy in winter. What we’ll miss most, though, is the community feel of the street and the easy access to green spaces. This home has been a place of comfort, creativity, and connection for us, and we know it will be just as special for whoever moves in next. "

A stylish two bedroom mid terrace house with off street parking at the front. Downstairs is an open plan living room/dining room leading to a recently refurbished modern kitchen. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower.

The outside

There is a great sized garden with patio area and then steps down to a good sized lawn. At the front there is off street parking for one car.

Arlington Road is in the heart of St Annes, a popular area for those who enjoy being close to the River Avon, with open green spaces and woodland while still having great connections to the city.

For nature lovers, the River Avon is on your doorstep, with St Anne’s Wood and Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve a short walk away.

For communters the regular number 5 bus runs to Bristol City Centre, or you can cycle to Bristol Temple Meads in around 15 minutes. Drivers can take Feeder Road into the city centre, or join St Philip’s Causeway for the M32 and beyond
