InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke (the “Residential Project”) condominium project is being developed by Sixteen Residences Limited (the “Seller”). Fully paid registered capital: 2,050,000 Baht (Two Million and Fifty Thousand Baht). Head Office: 22 Soi Somkid, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok.  Authorized Directors: Mr. Pandit Mongkolkul and Mr. Soravit Chairoj.

The Residential Project is anticipated to be constructed to include one residential building (32 stories, not including the rooftop), comprising approximately 88 residential units (each, a “Unit”). Common properties are anticipated to include a private reception and lobby, lounge and semi outdoor patio, private meeting rooms, swimming pool, garden with outdoor seating, fitness center, male and female locker rooms with individual sauna and steam, plunge pools, and multi-purpose rooms, with an approximate aggregate area of 1,800 sqm.

The Residential Project will be located on Soi Sukhumvit 16, Khlong Toei Subdistrict, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok, on land under Title Deed number 1853, 3549, and 3,652 of approximately 1-2-70.8 rai (2,683.2 sqm). The Residential Project has received the Environmental Impact Assessment approval and has obtained a construction permit no. 120/2568, dated 16 July 2025. The Construction has commenced with anticipated completion to occur in June 2029. The Residential Project is expected to be registered as a condominium upon completion. The owner of each Unit will be responsible for payments of sinking fund, common area fees, government fees and taxes in accordance with the Thai Condominium Act and the definitive sales documentation. Figures used herein are approximate estimations only and subject to change. The images herein or represented in any other marketing material or displays including without limitation, any advertising, marketing or sales concepts, programs or materials, or any other content posted on any website maintained by the Seller, are images created electronically or artists’ renderings for advertising purposes only and are representative of the intended end product as of the current date.  Seller, at its sole discretion or as required by relevant authorities, reserves the right to modify, update or revise any or all of the plans, designs, unit shown layouts, specifications, timing, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. There exists no joint venture, partnership, ownership or similar relationship between the Seller and IHG. IHG does not make any representations or guarantees of any kind or nature.
The Seller, at its sole discretion, may make alterations to the internal design of the Units that may differ from that shown in this document and/or represented in any other marketing materials and/or displays including, but without limitation, to any advertising, marketing and/or sales concepts, programs or materials, or any other content to be posted on any website maintained by the Seller, its affiliates, or agents.
