    Mustard Wharf was a fantastic place to live, it is near all local amenities and the events hosted by the management team here have been nothing short of fantastic.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They've responded promptly and with such efficiency that I don't remember the problem at all. When the issue is resolved so quickly the effect is minimized, that's what great management is about.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would say the ability to contact and speak with someone here at Mustard Wharf is one of the biggest advantages of choosing it. Use those connections as it will make your stay here significantly better. (Also get fob added to the gym doors so you can use it ASAP).

    The location is amazing, right next to the train station, within easy walking distance to the city centre, and surrounded by great restaurants, bars and cafés. The canal is just outside, perfect for walks or runs, and there’s a real community feel in the area. Transport links are super convenient, and everything you need day-to-day is close by.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quickly and effectively - reported a mess by the bin area which was responded to immediately

    N/a - felt like everything was covered off well when we did the viewing

    We’ve been living at Mustard Wharf for about three years now and honestly, we’ve loved it! The place has a great vibe, and the perks like the gym and rooftop spaces make it even better. It’s in such a convenient spot too, really close to the train station and city centre, plus Crown Point Shopping Centre and The Tetley are just a short walk away. You can also do some lovely walks along the canal when the weather is nice!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues or questions we have raised, the team always repsonded quickly and it was fixed promptly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the empty lot space next to Spicemill wasn't going to be developed. It would be lovely to have a park there rather than scaffolding.

    Living here has been a very enjoyable time. The flat is large compared to others and the amount of storage is excellent. The local cafes are great, there are many to chose from within the community and a short walk to restaurants and a hotel near by. The canal runs alongside MW which is an extra treat. Leeds train station is 5 minutes walk away and there are easy transport links around. Overall my experience has been excellent and I have never found a reason to complain.

    I have had no problems or issues to raise since my stay here.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew about the various opportunities that MW make avaiable to residents. I was late in taking them up.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is amazing with quick access to the train station and the city centre. Many amenities are close by such as pubs, bakeries, and grocers. Currently the business lots within the developments are still mainly empty. If more business were to open in these spaces, this would be an even better place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have had two problems throughout our 3 year tenancy, one with the dishwasher and the other with the washing machine. Laura was able to take a look and fix the dishwasher the same day that we notified them of the problem. The laundry machine required replacement which was delivered and installed by Laura within a few days of us raising the issue. So, 10/10!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The development is very close to the train station. While the noise insulation of the windows are excellent, and I mean excellent you barely hear a thing, during the 2 weeks of summer we get and you need the windows open, there is quite a lot of disturbing train sounds, so beware.
