Ancoats is a nice part of town, and is very much up and coming. You can easily get to the centre on foot or by tram. You’re in the city centre so noise and traffic will always be there, however due to the building position, it’s kind of insulated from the worst of it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My only issues were the odd missing parcels, but I was helped with this by the front desk team who were very outgoing for me.

The team gave me all the information before I moved in.

Living in this area has been a great experience overall. The location feels safe, with friendly neighbours and a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a good mix of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around with reliable transport links and regular buses. Overall, it’s a peaceful and convenient place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been consistently helpful and efficient. On the few occasions I’ve needed support (such as minor maintenance requests), they’ve acted quickly and followed up to make sure everything was sorted. Common areas are kept clean, and it feels like the staff genuinely care about maintaining a good living environment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how efficient the maintenance team is. I could’ve saved myself some worry early on. Any issues are dealt with much faster than I expected.

From the first viewing we fell in love with the place. The staff are all so helpful and the apartment and buildings are beautiful

Not raised any issues as yet, but based on how brilliant and smoothly everything has gone up to now I cannot envisage any issues

How difficult and expensive it is to find parking around the development whilst waiting for a space here.

Yes and generally very efficiently . Service levels are very high

Noise of trains, they really are loud and I was assured you couldn’t hear them when doors shut
