Living in the local area makes you feel included in the city culture, but keeps you far enough away to take a step back when it starts to feel a little bit too much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management are amazing, and they go above and beyond to ensure we are well looked after and safe in our building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about how bad the bin chute can be. It comes and goes and its hard to keep track of when it is working and when it's not.

Living here can be a little bit crazy on a match day, and can definitely affect your journey home. However, on the days the football isn't on, it is a vibrant relaxing area. The staff here host amazing events which are always so enjoyable and a success.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we raise are often dealt with by maintenance, and the new maintenance manager James is amazing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how little items the local Sainsbury's sells.

I enjoy working in the local area, and living here makes travel to work so accessible. It's a nice area with nice restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we have to raise in and app and often times get sorted on the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew maintenance worked monday-friday as sometimes we do get issues that have to wait until after the weekend if concierge are unable to help.

The local area is great to visit. My stay here during my trip was amazing. My Wife loved the views onto the docks, being right at the waterfront was amazing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they sorted out well to any issues we have raised during our stay.

I wish I knew how fun the building can be in downtime seasons.

The area around The Lexington is amazing. The lights of a night time really add ambiance to the atmosphere around The Lex.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a few issues upon moving in but they were easily solved by management showing us the MODA app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that there is only one major supermarket within walking distance, however Costco being around the corner is always handy.
