4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a lovely area to live in. Trains and trams are all a convincing distance away. There is a wide variety of shops all within walking distance. I haven’t experienced any noise problems or anti-social behaviour while living here. All round it’s a very good location to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I had an issue with my door handle, management organised for maintenance to come the same day to fix it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I feel that I was well informed before I moved in so have nothing that was left unknown.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Gym and pool is great and enjoy using these . One issue i have faced is that the fountain on the terrace is sometimes left on at night and thid can be noisy. I have mentioned this multiple times
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually very good, on 1 occasion job was marked as complete but no one had come
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It really feels like home. Staff are super friendly - especially Helena on reception who was great when we first moved in and any issues since have been managed so well and with a smile! Great abilities and general experience. Especially value the ease of post deliveries and collection which I expected to be less seamless with the number of residents
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and efficiently. Log on an app and they then communicate updates well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Moving in day is a bit tricky with parking access which could be improved.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My local area is generally pleasant and convenient. There’s a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, offering plenty of choices. Public transport is reliable and makes it easy to get around, though traffic can be heavy at rush hour. My street is quiet and friendly, parking is usually available, and bin collections are regular. Occasionally, there’s some noise from passing cars, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is proactive and easy to reach, always ensuring that issues are resolved quickly. Property management keeps residents updated and handles matters efficiently. I’d also like to recognize Ali, the concierge, for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism — he truly makes the building feel like home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the parking area can get in the evenings. It’s not a major issue, but it helps to plan ahead if you have guests.
