Fantastic area to live in, really quiet neighbourhood, great bar/restaurant nearby, nearest train station are Nine Elms and Vauxhall
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast, usually the same day. Leon was very thorough when helping me fix my dishwasher issue

Gym is not ready yet, however there are few local gyms in the area

Living in Moda Embassy Boulevard has been a really positive experience overall. The area feels safe, well-maintained and has a welcoming community atmosphere. The building itself is modern with great amenities, and the management team — especially Bob — is always friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes day-to-day living much easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I reported my water not working and it got fixed in 10 minutes
