Area is a 5 min walk from NQ and city centre. Full of bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Always feels like a breeze.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Although a big delay with some carpet problems, the carper was changed and very happy with the results. Dave, their maintenance guy, was lovely, kind, on time and did a great job with changing my carpet. Would deffo recommend him.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They use community utilities for bills, where you pay all bills (water, electricity, gas) all together. Some will like, others won’t

The area is amazing - I love ancoats. The bars and restaurants are great. The traffic noise was difficult to get use to at first, and the road works over summer was quite destructive. Now I don't struggle with the noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always good at responding to issues, the app is useful to log incidents and attach photos
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the gym classes not being offered as part of our rent, we thought that these were included.

Lots of parking available in nearby area. Great location for town, shops, bars and restaurants etc - don’t have issues with any noise / anti social behaviour.

There is always someone on hand, and they come and help as soon as they can!

I think with city living you know there will be construction happening, but it would be good to know any future / upcoming construction prior to moving.

Amazing location, super near everything (cafes, restaurants, shops etc). Only downside is can be a bit noisy on the main road sometimes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Recently had a problem with our heating and hot water and has been dealt with immediately. Astor and Thywill are always super efficient and timely with their responses and action.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only one thing I would mention is that the lady who toured us round the building led us to believe that a new fully equipped gym was being developed on site and would be ready during our move in time (besides the smaller one in block B). This doesn’t seem to be to the case at all, so was slightly disappointed with that. However besides that, the flat itself has exceeded expectations and we love living here!

Good aspects - location. So central!! Quality of shops, bars, cafes is great Bad aspects - nothing major. Sometimes main roads can be frustrating with sirens but it’s not that big of a deal

The building management has been excellent. Thywill and Astor are always responsive, supportive, and quick to resolve any issues. They handle everything professionally and make the whole experience really smooth.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known just how smooth and supportive the community and management would be. From day one, everything has been incredibly well organised, and the team is always on hand to help. It’s reassuring to know how easy and enjoyable living here would be something you don’t fully realise from a viewing alone.
