    Transport links are excellent, i use walking aids and it’s also been lovely living here during my knee op recovery as my drs and shops are nearby. Not much noise from Broad st as the windows keep it out.bwe like the fact that we have a cinema across the road. My only gripe is the amount of homeless folk in the area. More should be done for them.

    Very prompt and accurate, they also check things are working afterwards by checking in informally with us.

    Can’t think of anything honestly, maybe I wish I had known just how good it is!

    Actually I feel satisfied with the apartment and workers, just some activities, like me a Chinese , feel difficult to join them, can we have more break ice activities, it’s better have some dogs, helping us to meet more friends

    Face to face to respond it and very quick when it comes to issues

    Absolutely nothing the process was so smooth it made it easier to move in

    The area is very quiet at night, it’s pretty far away from the clubs. There are several supermarkets nearby as well.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I have an issue getting into my apartment or the sorts, they would be really helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There is no air conditioning in the apartments so I had to get a fan.

    The good aspects are definitely the location, it’s perfect for me personally. I don’t personally have any bad because I’m in the middle of everything and the fact the shops and cinema are near by is a 10/10

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have always, came in time and harry and Vance are always there within 12 hours

    That I would have loved it so much, and the staff here at reception would of been so friendly, that the parking situation would have been so hard

    It is a wonderful central area. Very close to many restaurants pubs and bars. It gets noisy on weekends in the area but cortland is very far from all the noise.

    Very quickly and clear on their process with everything brought to light
