Our opinion
This is a light-filled, modern chalet in a fantastic position by the lake. Right by the very first chalets to built in the Plaine des Praz, which should tell its own story. Impressive views all round and a lovely terrace from which to enjoy them.
Location
The chalet is in the heart of Plaine des Praz, an exclusive residential area to the north-west of Chamonix centre. It is just over 15 minutes on foot to the Flégère lift, the village of les Praz and the Chamonix golf course (1.2km) and a pleasant, 20-minute walk along the river path to the centre of Chamonix itself. The sports centre, swimming pool and tennis club are en route.
