Absolute incredible location! The park is amazing for my family & especially my new born son! Can’t wait to start my year in the building!

The staff are always incredibly helpful, consistently addressing any day-to-day problems within 24 hours. Their responsiveness and dedication make living in the apartment complex smooth and worry-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative! Moving in was super easy, and the staff did a great job explaining all the details clearly. They made the whole process stress-free and straightforward.

We are so close to so many things! Great shopping at Bullring. Great food on both High streets and in Edgebaston. And within 10 minutes of three excellent Saturday markets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always gets back to me and if what I want just will not work offers me other suggestions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew Cricket as it is in my front yard and feel so dumb that I knew nothing about the game. And, we have some great looking players in the building!

80%of the time bin room is a mess Other areas are however, an annoying aspect of reception are the moth if you want to spend same time upstairs.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In all our problems which we raised through the app, always the response was helpful and on time.

During our viewing, everything was shared, we did not had any surprises after we moved in.

The local area is very convenient and comfortable to live in. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance, and the transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet, with friendly residents and clean streets. Parking is usually available, and bin collections are regular. Overall, it’s a pleasant and practical place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I raised. They are polite, professional, and handle requests in a timely manner. I appreciate their reliability and the way they keep the building running smoothly.

I wish I had known earlier how well-organised and comfortable the development is — it would have made my decision to move in even easier. The building is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which has been a pleasant surprise
