    There are one Tesco and Sainsbury’s around the apartment and it is every convenient. There is also some parking spaces for residents.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they answered me very quickly and fixed the issues

    I know there is a small gym and a good sky lounge in the building

    Living in my area is generally comfortable, with a good range of local shops and a few reliable restaurants and cafés. There are several green spaces nearby, which makes the neighbourhood feel open and pleasant. Transport links are convenient, with frequent buses and easy access to the city centre. My street is usually quiet, and parking is manageable, but there can occasionally be noise from the opposite parking hall in the evenings.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised, keeping me updated and resolving problems in a timely way.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Great location, proximity to the train station is really good. City centre is on the door step and access to all sorts of shops is excellent.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, but very slowly. Have opened numerous tickets, which can go months without an update. I wonder if they have any internal SLA metrics that monitor the issues. I believe these should be public so we can monitor their performance. Grainger should be transparent with their services.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I was expecting a better maintained building, especially as they have just built it. After 2 years or so, it is pretty shabby, and has gotten worse over the 9 months I have been here

    Lots of good shops and restaurants nearby. right next to aldi. drawback is a lot of building works nearby

    very quickly via email and app. also available at front desk and are very friendly

    sound travels slightly from kitchen wall to bedroom. not awful but worth knowing
