Vox, M15
1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Sadly, there is a crowd of homeless people who all chill around Vox and sometimes even come into the building to get a free coffee. Drug users dotted around the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Awful customer service. For example, our freezer completely broke and thawed over, and when we asked for help, we were told to “pour boiling water on it” … health and safety risk, no?
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Staff are money over people , really miserable vibes

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good mix of local shops, cafes, and green spaces, so day-to-day errands are pretty easy. Transportation links are reliable, with frequent buses and trams, and quick access to the nearest train station. Overall, the neighborhood feels safe and relatively quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly and make everything feel smooth and stress-free. And always following up to make sure everything is going well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
So far, there is nothing I wish I had known before moving in.

Great location as you are a short walk into town , cornbrook tram stop is a minute walk from the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never had any major issues with the apartment so far

Milliners Yard, L3
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is located on London Road. The only downside to the location is that it is uphill. But when you consider the fact that it is so centrally located in Liverpool, a slightly uphill trek is the smallest of concerns. Your closest rail stations are Liverpool Lime St (approx 10 mins walk), and Liverpool Central (approx 15 mins walk). There’s also a few bus stops right on the door step too, a Tescos and Lidl adjacent, and for those late night cravings then Shaz Schwarma is right next door. The property has a bin room with enough bins to accommodate all its residents, and traffic noise is a minor issue (if one at all), if your room faces the main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded well. Please see the review of the development for further insight.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing I can think of off the top of my head! Milliners Yard is a lovely property in the developing Fabric District, and I am excited to see how this area will be rejuvenated in the coming years.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is so convenient with loving 5-7 min walk from the centre and the train station . As a person who travels a lot for work this is so convenient. The only thing is with parking there is no free parking that’s the only issue
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t really had any but if I have concerns they are solved right away I adore all the team members from management to the freelancers and receptionist they all make me feel at home
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was always aware that we would need to pay for additional parking I just think if we didn’t this place would absolutely be perfect
