Its a great development, quality amenities and some great views of the downs on the north side. Really good transport links and nearby shops are a huge benefit. Not really much bad about the place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bin chutes, yes they mean i don't have to go downstairs but they are always getting blocked.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great connectivity with quick links to Brighton, the seafront and the centre of Hove. There’s a bus stop right outside which gets you to the station quickly and it’s really easy to catch the train up to London. Sackville road can get pretty busy during rush hour but you don’t hear any noise from the apartment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really had any issues so far, communication seems good between the management and the residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It gets a little windy but that’s normal for Brighton!

Quiet area with no noise issues at all. It’s easy to walk or take the bus to nearby shops and local restaurants, and there are several pubs close by, which is a great bonus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, if there is a problem, they find alternatives or temporary fix until it's fully resolved

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think there is a lot of good we’re close to the train station, the south downs and seafront and the bus seripvice is great. Traffic isn’t too much of an issue but we have a Waitrose and M&S nearby and well located and really nice pubs in pets corner that have some great menus. I was born on Sackville road and I wouldn’t have moved in if I thought there was an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Immediately, they have been very quick to respond and I have had the issues dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To be honest I would have thought the commercial spaces would be open now, it would be interesting to know what’s coming for example and coffee shop, convinced store etc.

I love living at Moda. As a foreigner who’s just moved to England, this location, the management, and the people who live here have made this a wonderful experience . The only struggle I have had with the facility is the heating outages that have happened frequently. It can be inconvenient at times but they definitely do a great job of trying to turn the situation around quickly. I also feel there should be little less strict when it comes to how we let guests into the building. We should be able to buzz them in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the do respond quickly and try to take care of any concerns I have in a quick and efficient manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been nice to know that there would be some permitters on who we can admit people into the building.
