We operate our own maintenance department situated only 5 minutes' walk from Westcliffe Court, the bin area is at the side of the house, for both recycling and general waste. the maintenance department will be at the property twice a week to pull out all bins for collection and returned to bin area, this also includes a bicycle area with racks for security.

These apartments are all similar sizes over one floor and really a cut above any Student accommodation found in Nottingham within walking distance from all major Universities.
