Follow the A376 into Exmouth taking the third exit at the first roundabout onto Imperial Road. Stay on Imperial Road at the second roundabout (first exit) and take the fourth left onto St Andrews Road where the site will be found a short way along on the right hand side.
Mains electricity, water, gas and drainage are in the road to the front of the site.
