utility and cloakroom. Front and rear gardens, double garage, off-road parking.

The Property - Built in the early 1900's with elevations of mellow brick and render, this detached home was extended at the rear in the early 2000's to create a comfortable family home. There are period features including an attractive open fireplace in the snug, sash windows and picture rails in the original part, and stripped pine doors in most of the rooms. At the rear is an enclosed garden, off road parking for several cars and a double garage.

The Accommodation - The front door leads into a tiled porch with panelling and a further door to the hall. Stairs lead off to the first floor with a recess under. On the left is the dual aspect snug with a Victorian fireplace. To the right of the hall is a family room or dining room with a built-in cupboard to the former chimney breast and original pine floor boards. At the rear the kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the rear garden and has a range of maple shaker units with a Smeg range cooker. The fridge and dishwasher are integrated and there is a dresser style storage unit. The tiled floor continues into the adjacent utility room which has a stable door, butlers sink and space for two under counter appliances. The sitting room at the rear is again dual aspect with a bay and french doors into the garden. It has Oak flooring and a stone fireplace with fitted gas log burner. Off the kitchen is a lobby, again with a stable door, and a cloakroom off. On the first floor, the dual aspect master bedroom has Ash flooring, two built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower. There is access to the chiefly boarded loft with ladder and light. There are three further bedrooms, one with a Victorian grate. The family bathroom is half panelled and has a roll top bath. A cupboard off houses the boiler and hot water cylinder.

Outside - At the front a path leads to the porch, flanked by lawns and a mature laurel hedge. At the rear is a double garage with power and light. An open arch and gate lead into the enclosed rear garden which has a lawn with wild flowers and borders around the patio area. To the left hand side of the house is a useful paved storage area. The house owns the tarmac drive which the neighbour at the rear has a vehicular right of way over.

General - All mains connected. The gas boiler ins in the bathroom. Council Tax Band E - £2,466.77 payable for 2020/21. EPC rating D-62.
