There is potential for a private shoot to be run across the Estate.

In addition there are extensive utility areas including a pantry, boot room, wood store, laundry room and utility rooms and WCs. The Library and Morning Room benefit from full height bay windows which offers beautiful views across the front lawn to the horizon. From the hall, the main stair case leads up to the first floor which includes a principal bedroom suite with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are 4 more en suite double bedrooms, 2 of which have south east facing views. There are 4 bedrooms which overlook the courtyard and a family bathroom. The guest suite has an en suite bathroom and dressing room and there is a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. These two bedrooms can also be accessed from a back stair case which leads down to one of the back door entrances to the Farm.
