It is calm and quiet and has a significantly larger plot of land with it than any of the other houses in the immediate area. It has a large rear garden which is nicely divided into three sections and has a great feel of isolation. This was the real draw of the property. The front garden is also large and therefore helps create a welcoming home. The house is lovely and open and provides a great feeling of space for a 2-bedroom property. The garage was also a large appeal as it has plenty of storage in the roof as well as allowing extra space for taking on projects (it is now a gym but I have used it as a workshop for several years). Having off road parking for 2 cars (plus the garage) was a great appeal to. The location of the property also allows easy access to Oxford and the M40.”
