The decoration is immaculate and stylish throughout, so it is ready to move straight into or let out immediately with ease.
Sitting in such a favourable location close to the city and Hove’s commuter Station, it would suit professional sharers, investors, and commuters alike. Why you’ll like it:
The sea is literally a minute from the front door, as are the boutique shops and restaurants of Church Road, so you couldn’t be better located to experience the quintessential Hove lifestyle. With plenty of kerb appeal, the exterior is immaculate in lemon-cream with wide stone steps leading up to the main door. The communal ways have been very well-maintained, so they are welcoming to come home to each day, and your door is clearly numbered on the top floor.

From here, an internal staircase rises up to the main body of the flat where an open landing adds to the feeling of space. The decoration is smart and neutral with fawn carpets and off-white walls with natural light streaming into the space from rooms on both sides and an east facing stairwell window. There would be space on the landing for a home study of need be, although the main reception and both bedrooms have plenty of room too for those working from home.

To the left is the living room; a large room with ample space for both formal dining and relaxed seating on a generous corner sofa. While this apartment is built-in to the loft space, the scale of the building along with a full width dormer ensures it is bright and airy. Facing west, a lovely light filters in during the afternoon and the windows are double glazed to ensure it is warm and peaceful at all times of year.

Easily accessible, the kitchen leads off the dining area, and has an easterly aspect with views over the rooftops and gardens nearby. Slate-style flooring has been paired with grey metro-brick tiling, and bamboo worktops sit above white cabinets offering plenty of storage in this well-designed space. The fan oven and induction hob have been integrated, leaving space for a tall fridge freezer and a washing machine, which may be able to stay upon negotiation.

Across the hall, there are two equally sized double bedrooms; one to the east and the other to the west, but both with the same immaculate finish as is found throughout the flat. They share use of a contemporary bathroom with sandstone ceramic wall and floor tiles and a modern bath suite, but the WC is separate – ideal in any shared space.
