DESCRIPTION * Detached Bungalow * Three Bedrooms * South Facing Garden * Attached Garage * Popular Location * Gas Central heating *

Set just over 1/2 a mile from Reffley Academy and local amenities on a un-adopted lane just off of the ever popular Wootton Road is this well presented, three bedroom detached bungalow.
This bright and airy home offers a good level of accommodation with gas central heating, off-road parking and a low maintenance south facing garden.

The accommodation briefly compromises; A light filled dual aspect living room, superb kitchen/diner with an abundance of fitted units, space for a freestanding cooker, modern extractor and room for a dining table. There are three well proportioned bedrooms, the current owner uses bedroom three as a hobby room which also has sliding doors into the conservatory which in turn has French doors leading onto a private patio. Back off the inner hallway you will find the family bathroom with a modern white three piece suite which includes P-bath with shower over, W.C, and wash basin.

There is ample off-road parking to the front of the property along with mature flower beds. The driveway also provides access to the attached garage which subject to the relevant planning permissions and building regulations could be converted to provide additional accommodation. The south facing rear garden is a great space for alfresco dining thanks to the level of privacy, it is fully enclosed and low maintenance with a few well stocked flower beds and space for a shed.
