The units have 3-phase electricity, mains water connection and waste treatment on site via a composting tank.
The main workspace is a spectacular double volume area with exposed beams, full height glazed walls to the rear and front and a sky light running the entire length of the building. Although this space is currently open plan it could easily be sub-divided into smaller areas, if required. On the ground floor there are separate male and female WCs along with a store room and a generous kitchen/dining room with a glazed door leading out to the rear garden.
Tall bi-folding doors to the front and rear allow for access of very large objects and deliveries. A wide staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor, which is currently arranged as two separate work spaces, with the front area having a picture window overlooking the double volume studio, and the rear room overlooking the garden and woodland beyond.
