This is a complex that's central but very rarely do we find properties for sale here. The complex is called Cerromar and is just 5 minutes walk into town and then another couple more to the popular beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Vistas beach.

In fairness, the property could do with an update but you can easily move in and do that as and when finances's perfectly habitable as it is. There's no or at least, very little furniture, so you'll need to consider that if you're thinking about buying it. The apartment comprises an American style open concept kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and also has access to the terrace. The lounge also has a sliding door giving access to the same terrace.


The apartment has a massive balcony of close on 24m2 and it's got a nice view down to Los Cristianos town and a direct pool view, in fact, you can get to the pool directly from the terrace.

The complex

Cerromar would have been built in the early 2000s, it's built well and is secure with the entrance door closing automatically and people wanting to enter have to either have a key to the main door or use the intercom system to be let in. As mentioned earlier, it's literally 5 minutes into town where you'll find bars, cafes, shops and banks and a bit further on, you'll be at the town's beaches. The complex has a community swimming pool which is currently having some maintenance and upgrades and there are bars and cafes just outside the building itself.

Los Cristianos - The Town

Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants.

The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger. Click the link for more information on Los Cristianos.
