Comments from the owner:

Top 3 things you love about your home(
1. Being on the top floor and having natural light coming in throughout the day
2. The safety aspect of being on the top floor
3. The opening hallway/corridor before going upstairs entering into the main body of the flat, and the multi-level layout of the flat

Three things we love about the area...
- There are lots of local coffee shops and community feel like Salt the radish, Finks and a book bar
- The parks that are easy to walk to including the lovely Clissold Park and Church Street in Stoke Newington
- Finsbury Park station tube and mainline travel connections are so good for getting anywhere in and out of London

We love it and don't want to move from it. Not only for great transport, near great cafes and restaurants with a huge variety of parks to easily walk to and a reservoir to boot! You have everything you need in the area

What is parking like?
You can buy a permit for the year - not expensive and guest day passes too so friends can park on your road

How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
It's not a through road so doesn't have much traffic as there are roadblocks

I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property?
We each work in a separate room but depends on your set-up really.

What's the internet like?
Great - very quick

What's the boiler like?
Works well, no problems

Are we able to do any work/extensions?
No extensions but can do work
