"We have been at our home for 30 years now and it has been an ideal home to bring up a family. When we had the children at home it was perfect as we were close to the seafront and a large garden for them to enjoy. All of their schooling and social activities were within easy reach. As the children got older and had partners we still had enough room for everybody. At one time we had 6 adults living here. With three reception rooms, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking we still had plenty of room.

We will be sad to leave the property, but with two of us here now we do not need as much space. We will be staying local as we love the area and our family is still here."
