"Having lived here for over 20 years, I love this house and its location. I am only moving due to a family situation and am moving nearer to my father up north. My house is very spacious inside, there is a conservatory and a study and lots of storage space. It is all set up for cable/sky connection. The front and back gardens are delightful and contain roses and different shrubs. My house in Bewbush is in a very quiet area, there is virtually no noise even with double-glazed windows open and it is in a quiet cul-de-sac, I have lovely neighbours next door and opposite me and in other courts nearby who have become good friends. It is a fantastic location, only 15 minutes (6.5 miles) to Horsham town centre, and 7 minutes (2 miles) to Crawley town centre, it is 5 minutes walk to local Bewbush shops which include take-aways, post office, food shop, community centre and gym. It is a few minutes drive from my house to the M23 and M25 and very handy for Gatwick airport which is just a 25 minute bus drive away. The bus stop is 1 minute walk from my house and there are buses that run 24 hours and they go to Horsham, Crawley, Gatwick. I commuted to London from my house for 5 years as it is so easy to drive to london or go by train. Ifield train station is 15-20 minutes walk by foot or 10 minutes by bicycle! Brighton is 30 minutes drive away and has a very fast train service. 10 minutes walk from the house is Buchan Country Park which is 170 acres of beautiful countryside. Buchan Country Park has won the Green Flag Award (recognising the best green spaces in the UK) every year since 2010. The Park is an excellent place for walking, watching wildlife and enjoying picnics. I have never found parking at my house a problem due to lots of free street parking and often get a space right outside my front door, or outside my back garden door or along the side of my house. I am heartbroken to be leaving this beautiful home but wish my new buyers lots of happiness!"
