Or alternatively the property can be found from Crosthwaite which is a slightly longer approach but a much better lane. On entering Crosthwaite from the Lyth Valley Toad (A5074, which links to the A590 and easy access to the M6) go over the small bridge and take the first left after approx. 500 yards or so. Continue along this road for 1.9 miles until the 'T' junction and the driveway for the farm is directly opposite.
