Rafford is a highly desirable village enabling resident to enjoy the benefits of country living whilst being able to access the amenities of Forres within a few minutes. Newtyle Forest, covering approximately 720 acres, is within a two minute walk of the house and provides incredible opportunities for outdoor activity. Children attend school in Forres and the school bus picks up and drops off children outside the property.
