What do you love most about your home?
I love the fact that the apartment is South Facing, meaning the balcony and living area is well lit for most of the day.
The open plan kitchen living is perfect for entertaining.
The bathroom has Jack & Jill doors meaning we still have an ensuite as well as offer a guests entrance when needed.
The residents of the development have a Facebook Group and through this platform, we are able to really connect, share information, join forces when needed and some of us even became good friends!

Why are you moving?
The main motivation was the birth of our daughter - So we are now looking to buy a larger property

What do you love about the area?
I love the fact that it is completely cut off from the main road, which makes for a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The Crystal Palace triangle is my favourite high street just minutes up the road where you can find a farmers market, boutique shops, beauty salons, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. You also have two large Sainsburys too chose from within a few minutes on either side of the development (Down the road in Penge, Up the road in Crystal Palace)Minutes away on foot, at the Thicket Road entrance, is the large Crystal Palace Park where you have a beautiful lake a large green and the 1887 life-size Dinosaurs Anerley station just 6 minutes away on foot offers direct services to London Bridge and Canada Water (25/30 min journeys) and Easy Croydon (23 mins). Crystal Palace Station is a 10 min walk OR a 5 min bus ride away and offers direct services to Victoria Station (30 mins)
