What do you love most about your home? We love the stainless steel kitchen, the metro tiles in both bathrooms, how cool the flat stays during the summer months and our outdoor barbeque area. We love that both bedrooms are a good size and that the living space is also so roomy. We're a 5 minute walk from Archway station or a 10 minute walk to the lovely Highgate village, plus having we have Waterlow Park right by us makes the flat's location ideal.

Why are you moving? We're moving closer to our family and looking to buy a house.

What do you love about the area? There is a small strip of locally-owned restaurants and a convenience store right across from the flat. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant, Fabrizio, where they are always so welcoming and know our orders. The lovely Waterlow Park is a stone's throw up the road towards Highgate Village which has arguably the best pubs in London plus lots of cafes and restaurants, and even a theatre - Upstairs at the Gatehouse. Hampstead Heath & Kenwood is only a 20 minutes walk away in the same direction. The flat is very close to all of the amenities of Archway where there's an M&S Foodhall, Co-Op, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi all within 5 minutes of each other. As well as Archway underground station (Northern Line), you can get a bus from Archway to almost anywhere in London and Upper Holloway Overground station is less than 10 minutes from the property. There is an amazing local gym with a real community feel (Dowe Dynamics). Just down the road in Holloway, there are larger supermarkets (Waitrose and Morrisons), some amazing food markets and an Odeon which has recently just been upgraded to a Luxe Odeon.
